About this service
- Comfy Ledger (operated by Comfile Solutions, "we", "us") is a cloud-based GST accounting application for Indian businesses covering sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, banking and GST reports.
- By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account is meant for one business entity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Cashfree with an auto-debit mandate, plus 18% GST as applicable. A GST tax invoice is emailed for every payment.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free plan usage limits (e.g. invoices per month) are enforced automatically. Features may vary by plan.
Your data & responsibilities
- You retain ownership of your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, GST filings and reports you generate.
- The service assists with record keeping and report generation; it does not constitute professional tax, legal or accounting advice. Please verify filings with your CA/tax professional.
- Do not upload unlawful content or use the service for fraudulent invoicing.
Availability & liability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (payment gateway, email) may occur.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, penalties or data loss.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
- On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
